  • New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Business Coalition for Education Excellence
    The Business Coalition for Educational Excellence (BCEE), at the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, advocates for policies and implements programs that support the business agenda in education reform. Through the Learn More, Do More, Earn More Student Credentialing System, it offer a number of programs to students. School Counts awards annual certificates to students that demonstrate many of the "soft skills" wanted by employers (attendance, punctuality, and extra credit), to be shown to employers during interviews. Technology Challenge allows students to earn certificates based on their performance on online challenges that test students' computer skills. Work the Money is a program focusing on financial literacy that is currently in development. It also offers World Class Students, an expansion of its State Scholars sponsorship.

    New Jersey United is a statewide alliance of businesses, education, and nonprofit organizations leveraging their strengths to help parents and education stakeholders hold informed discussions about what students are expected to know and how it is tested. It is co-chaired by co-chaired by Financial Chairman and CEO Arthur F. Ryan.
